- Founded in 1994 with the aim of making a difference for small and medium businesses
- Were of the first companies to join and excel in the partner programs of companies such as Microsoft and Intel
- In 2001, we launched the then revolutionary Managed Services offering – SATAware™, providing our clients 24×7 peace of mind at a fixed monthly fee
- Developed a unique business ecosystem by partnering with other IT service providers who deliver the same level of service
- In 2007, merged with Microsoft Certified Partner, Genesis Systems
