Head of Customer Services
We are looking to add the specialist skills to invigorate; motivate and grow our Customer Support team to the next level of service excellence. This team is primarily responsible for the timely delivery of first line support to a large array of clients, and is therefore a critical part of our business.
You will be responsible for realising the true value of each individual team member, creating an environment in which they can excel, improving systems; process and standards and use conventional and non-conventional methods to energise and inspire the team to provide an awesome service to our clients.
