We have developed solutions around the specific needs of both our target markets : the small (10 to 50 PCs) and the medium (50 to 250 PCs) business enterprise (SME). Although not a very wide range, we have found that the solutions for these two market segments are different. For this reason, we have separated them into two distinct categories.

Our view of a solution is that it is not a fixed, inflexible product, but rather a proven concept that addresses a particular need, bearing in mind the typical requirements of our SME market : of business value and relevance, cost, reliability, flexibility, scalability and manageability.

Not all our solutions are delivered by Space Age. We aim to serve as a central contact point for our clients for all their IT needs. However, we do not believe we can be experts and deliver top quality in every technology or service. We focus on our core services, ensure our people are correctly skilled, our processes are optimised, and the technologies that we use are appropriate, add value, and are both supportable and manageable.

Solutions that are not part of our core services, we deliver through our eco-system of Partners. These are companies that we have screened for their ability to provide the high level of service and the quality of solution that we expect from ourselves. They have proven to us that they are able to deliver on their promise. Due to the good working relationship and trust amongst our Partners, our clients will receive support for their IT as if the full solution was provided by Space Age.
