Technology Consulting
Although this service is labelled “Consultant”, it is really more of a “right hand man” role. Designed mainly for IT Managers and delivered as a Managed Service, this role provides some of the benefits of our Managed Services, but enables you to work independently of Space Age’s other services.
The problem:
- As IT Manager, you are inundated with attempts by vendors and service providers to use their solutions
- Most service providers that offer to help you with your IT environment only work with the solutions they know
- Your business and your needs are unique and most standardised solutions available do not match your needs
- Costs are to be minimised, so you have to do much of the work yourself
Our solution:
- We dedicate an experienced and knowledgeable technical resource (Technology Consultant) to you for fixed periods each month
- Our Technology Consultant (TC) uses some of this dedicated time to get to know your needs, your technology and how your business uses it
- You assign tasks to this resource which he will complete either on his own, with you or with the help of other specialist skills at Space Age Technologies
- Your TC is mandated to work completely independently of Space Age Technologies – representing you and will work with any service provider
